I grew up on Vancouver island and moved to Alberta where I met Calvin who had moved to Alberta from Ontario for work. We have had a dream of having a farm from the beginning. We moved back to Ontario 4 years ago constantly searching to buy a farm when an opportunity was presented to us to rent a local farmers farm we went back and forth on it and than a than saw a quote that said: “if you aren’t willing to make sacrifices for your dreams are they really your dreams” and that was the tipping point for us we packed up 3 kids 2 dogs and 25 baby chickens and Field of greens CSA farm was started!
